Preschool pilot
Schemaro
Staff scheduling with natural-language requests and a rule-based solver. An early working version is being evaluated by a preschool in Sweden.

Schemaro helps preschools plan staff schedules and respond to everyday changes. Its name combines the Swedish words schema, schedule, and ro, calm.
Users describe scheduling rules and changes in ordinary language: someone is sick, needs a day off, or has a new availability constraint. A language model interprets the request, while a separate rule-based solver finds a schedule that satisfies the defined constraints. When a request cannot be accommodated, the system flags the constraints that need attention.
An early working version is currently being tested by a preschool in Sweden, with staff evaluating it in practice.
